Claimant calls your intake team can sign

Law firm media only works when the person on the line has a real claim and the patience to finish intake. We screen for both before the transfer.

How we work here

The standard underneath every campaign

01

Screening is the product

A firm buys a filter here more than it buys media. The value sits in what never reaches your intake desk: the caller outside the exposure window, the caller who already signed with someone, the caller whose diagnosis is not on your list. Your team writes those rules and we build the screener from them, then freeze it before launch so every call in a given week met one bar. Rule changes are versioned with the date they took effect, which is how a call from March gets read against March criteria and not against the ones you tightened in June.

02

Recordings end disputes

The argument nobody wants is the one about what a caller said three months ago. Audio removes it: a contested transfer gets settled by listening to the transfer, with the screener's answers sitting beside the recording in the same view. It is also how a weak source gets named, because a run of poor calls traces back to one placement instead of to a general sense that quality has slipped. Retention length is set in the scope, and pulling a single call is a search in your reporting rather than a request you have to file with us.
