Privacy policy in full
DollarNests LLC operates dollarnests.com. This policy explains what the site collects, why it collects it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers the website. Campaign data handled under a signed client or partner agreement is governed by that agreement instead.
What we collect
Two things. The first is what you type into a form. Both forms on this site, the one on the contact page and the one on the partners page, ask for your name, email, phone, company, and a message. Name, email, and message are required. The submission is sent to info@dollarnests.com as an email. This site keeps no customer database and has no login.
The second is what a web server records on its own: your IP address, your browser user agent, the pages you requested, and when you requested them. The form endpoint also holds a short counter tied to your IP address so that one visitor cannot submit the form dozens of times an hour, and each form sends a page load timestamp along with a hidden field that only automated software fills in. The counter looks only at the last hour of requests, and stale counter files are removed by a periodic cleanup. Those three signals exist to reject automated submissions and are used for nothing else.
The site loads no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics by default. No cookies are set for marketing.
How we use it
Form submissions are used to answer you: replying to an inquiry, reviewing a partner application, and discussing a campaign with someone who asked us to. Server records are used to keep the site running and to stop abuse of the form.
We do not sell information collected from site visitors, and we do not add visitors to a marketing list they did not ask to join.
Sharing
Form submissions pass through the hosting and email providers that deliver our mail. Those providers process the message only as needed to deliver it and operate their service. We also disclose information when a subpoena, court order, or other legal process requires it. No other third party receives what this site collects.
Retention
Form submissions stay in our email for as long as the inquiry or the business relationship needs them. Server records rotate on the host schedule. You can ask us to delete what you sent by writing to info@dollarnests.com, and we will delete it unless the law or an active dispute requires us to keep it, and we will confirm what we did.
Your choices
You can call instead of using a form. The number is on every page, and a call leaves no form record at all.
You can also ask for a copy of what you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@dollarnests.com from the address you used, or call so we can confirm who you are. Depending on where you live, state law may give you further rights. Tell us what you are asking for and we will answer.
